We are back from a very pleasant week.

Impeccable, clean, functional Premium Mendikoa mobile home.

Small intentions on the table when we arrived.

Clean, maintained campsite, health measures, gel, direction of traffic and wearing of masks in enclosed spaces respected.

Welcoming, pleasant and helpful staff at the various locations (thank you Emma (I hope I'm not mistaken)er of first name) at the swimming pool for the deckchair).

What can I say, the people at reception are almost friendly, not very nice, except for one person who seemed interested. We arrived at 3 p.m. and got our lodge at 6 p.m.

All that to have a lodge tent that is not very clean, a dirty shower, cobwebs everywhere.

THEThe animators and the restaurant staff are very nice and attentive, unlike the reception... The sound system is rotten, too bad

We wonder if all the money is put into the premium and the Lodge tents, it doesn't matter...

Fortunately the technical staff was attentive and quick

No grocery store, swimming pool too small, laundry too expensive

Superb setting, green, clean, welcoming, great swimming pool, the stay was rather pleasant.

On the other hand, in terms of form, the entertainment center does not seem to have the best conditions to exploit its full potential. A glaring lack of technical means. The running must take place within the campsite because the rules prohibit leaving the camping to discover the trails (several people have declined the activity to do it alone), karaoke takes place with their back to the stage and the audience on a TV screen (no choice, the TV is fixed to a pole), the pool party with a malfunctioning speaker.

In short, some activities cannot unite people due to the lack of resources made available to the animation team. Too bad because the setting lends itself rather well to this.
