Camping Oyam is a 4* establishment with 350 pitches recognized on the Basque Coast. Located in Bidart, it has developed over the years with customer service as its guiding principle.

Job description

Physical, telephone and digital reception
Advise and inform customers
Taking reservations (online, by phone, face to face with customer)
Arrivals/departures management
Various administrative tasks related to the client's stay
Proficiency in office software
Proficiency in management software specialized in outdoor accommodation (Unicamp, E-season or Inaxel, etc.)

Required qualifications

Rigor and determination are fundamental qualities for you. You are comfortable in physically and telephone reception of customers.
You speak at least 2 foreign languages (English, Spanish, etc.) and you have writing skills.
Motivated, you will contribute to the company's reputation through your rigor and enthusiasm, under the authority of the reception manager.
You know how to demonstrate initiative and discernment, and you are motivated by the welcome and quality of customer service.
You have training in tourism at a minimum of Bac +2 level.
